I have used a few monitoring programs including weight watchers, which I actually dumped after using this. It is the easiest to use out there and most informational. Like it, like it, like it. I have recommended this to all of my buddies....

This software operates perfectly for me. I use a pulse meter at the sport gym, and being able to monitor those calories expended against my consumption using Mynetdiary gives me the whole image. For the first time in my life I feel completely in control of what happens to my weight. I've been able to exactly achieve my objectives, something that had eluded me for decades....

I got bored with entering what I ate into the application. I did it the first few months which was a nice thing because it helped me count calories in my head and I was able to stay within my daily calorie limit. The thing I like the most is the progress option where you type your weight....

Such a reality check on how many calories my hUSBand and I consumed in a day. Little snacks kicked my butt and soda kicked his. Who know 15 animal crackers and two butter finger bells had so many calories. I have lost 4. 5 pounds in a week. Watching my calories and light work outs. Woo Hoo....

I started using this application on my iPad in Mid-january, and I've already lost 15 pounds. It makes being disciplined simple. It has almost all of the meals I eat in its DB. And unless you eat almost exclusively at non-chain establishments, it has nutritional data from most places you dine out at....

I dislike how you have to be 18 to sign up. Younger people care about their weight too and it's terrible that this doesn't let you try to do something nice for your organism at a young age. I'm very dissatisfied....

The food inventory is big but not well organized. One would hope that once a food has been entered the first time there would be no difficultly finding that information to type on subsequent days. That in not the case. Under the workout list no calories appear to be burned during weight training. There is much to be down here to make this a easy-to-use app....
