I love this workout.I've been using it for a couple weeks now (non-consistently) and I can already see a small four pack coming on. Wish it had more options for workouts though, I don't have a way to pay for the full version.

This work out is excellent i've been doing it for a while and am seeing results! I find that when you do the basic crunch its better to lift your feet off the ground,. I feel the burn so much more!
